– Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.
In 2015, the Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter launched a new Community Engagement model that encompasses greater reach into diverse communities, allowing us to bring mission-focused programs and services to a wider audience as well as providing a mechanism for new communities to engage in the fight against Alzheimer’s. Our model increases Association activity in specifically identified diverse communities, allowing the Chapter to expand assistance to those in need and strengthen momentum in the Alzheimer’s movement.
